January 29, 2024XCMG Group and Jiuxing Energy joined hands to establish XCMG Jiuxing! They complemented the R&D and manufacturing links of charging and swapping products in the new energy industry chain and jointly created the surging power of XCMG’s complete set of new energy products.
On February 7, 2024, the construction of XCMG Jiuhang started. In just 5 months, XCMG Jiuhang achieved mass production of products, running at the ” XCMG speed” on the green track. The production line is highly automated, and each link is seamlessly connected, ensuring that each product undergoes strict quality inspections and meets the industry’s first-class quality standards.
The products released this time include integrated dual-gun DC charging piles, low-voltage DC charging piles, excavator-loader-transport integrated battery swap units, MINI battery swap stations, 800 series battery swap stations, etc. They cover high-power charging equipment with flexible configurations from 20kW to 400kW; the excavator-loader-transport integrated products use the new generation of CTB battery technology, with a battery volume density increased by more than 25%; the battery swap station product series is complete and applicable to all scenarios, with a battery swap time of 4 minutes to 1.5 minutes, and a skid-mounted design that can be completed within 48 hours.
