Mahindra Powerol: Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB IV+) Technology

Mahindra Powerol, one of the leading gensets manufacturers in India, has introduced a line of diesel generators compliant with CPCB IV+ (Central Pollution Control Board IV+) technology. The new Powerol gensets series is fuel efficient and has a higher block load capacity, supported by a strong service network. Mahindra Powerol offers a wide range of generators (5kVA to 625kVA) providing power backup for all industrial segments.


Compared to the current CPCB II standards, the measures will result in an approximately 90% reduction in particulate matter (PM) and harmful oxides of nitrogen (NOx) concentrations.


The CPCBIV + product range incorporates efficient after treatment system technology along with optimised combustion to improve fuel efficiency and load-taking capability while ensuring adherence to stringent emission norms. The gensets are equipped with remote monitoring empowering users to monitor crucial performance parameters in real-time from anywhere around the globe. The remote monitoring system is coupled with innovative diagnostic system for real time analytics.


The company has commenced production of CPCBIV + compliant engines for all range of products.
