Caterpillar recently celebrated a significant milestone as its North Little Rock facility completed its 15,000th machine. This achievement marks a major success for the company, with team members expressing pride in their hard work and dedication to reaching this milestone.
Facility manager Chris Heitzmann emphasized the collective effort required to achieve this accomplishment, noting, “It takes a strong workforce—about 500 people work here, including engineers, accountants, HR professionals, assemblers, painters, and welders. It truly requires a diverse team of professionals to do this and do it well.”
The North Little Rock facility has been operational for 15 years, contributing significantly to Caterpillar’s success.
