At TOC Europe 2025, held from June 17–19, Westwell introduced its latest breakthroughs in intelligent, sustainable freight transport—the all-electric E-Truck S2 and its flagship autonomous Q-Truck. Presented under the theme “AI YOUR LOGISTICS”, these next-gen vehicles highlight the company’s commitment to reshaping global logistics through AI and clean energy.
E-Truck S2: Built for Performance and Comfort
An upgrade to the successful E-Truck S1, the new E-Truck S2 is a heavy-duty, fully electric vehicle designed in-house by Westwell. It features a transmission-free design, air suspension, and a vibration-reducing axle system for improved ride quality and durability on tough job sites.
Key highlights include:
- AI-Powered Smart Driving: The AI-VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) uses real-time data to boost performance, energy efficiency, and component life.
- Driver Comfort: A spacious 1540×1550×1750mm cab, air-ride seat, and high-output A/C ensure operator comfort.
- Long Runtime: With 282kWh and 310kWh battery options, the truck can operate over 16 hours on a single charge.
- Future-Ready: Built on Westwell’s next-gen steer-by-wire chassis (2.0), it’s designed for easy transition to autonomous operations.
Q-Truck: The Autonomous Freight Workhorse
The Q-Truck, a proven autonomous model, also took center stage. Powered by Westwell’s proprietary multi-task AI perception system—including fused sensors, BEV (Bird’s Eye View), and Transformer-based decision-making—it’s built for precision and 24/7 self-driving port operations.
Already in use at:
- Port of Felixstowe, UK – Running fully unmanned operations integrated into daily workflows.
- CSP Abu Dhabi Terminal – Expanded with 12 new Q-Trucks this year, advancing full-scale autonomous logistics.
These deployments have set global benchmarks for autonomous port logistics.

ReeWell and the Ainergy Strategy
Westwell also introduced ReeWell, a new dispatch and coordination platform designed to unify smart logistics systems across modes and geographies. The platform supports Westwell’s Ainergy Strategy, which blends artificial intelligence with sustainable energy use to build integrated, self-optimising freight networks.
A Vision for Smarter, Cleaner Supply Chains
Speaking at the TECH TOC Conference, Westwell President Zhang Rong stated:
“The future of logistics is smart, sustainable, and collaborative. AI is reshaping infrastructure, and sustainability is no longer optional. From seaports to airports, self-optimising systems are transforming the supply chain at a global scale.”
With these launches, Westwell reinforces its position at the forefront of next-generation logistics, delivering solutions that are smarter, greener, and built for tomorrow.
