Wipro Hydraulics, part of Wipro Infrastructure Engineering (WIN), today announced a major milestone of 50 years in business. The journey started in 1976 in Bengaluru (India) and the investments over the years in innovation, technology, and customer relationships has strengthened its position as one of the world’s largest independent hydraulic cylinder manufacturers. At Excon 2025, the company is excited to showcase its innovative products for a diverse range of applications and engage with customers, partners, and industry peers.
Wipro Hydraulics is part of Wipro Infrastructure Engineering (WIN), a diversified industrial engineering leader operating across six strategic business segments: Hydraulics, Automation Solutions, Aerospace, Water Treatment, Additive Manufacturing, and the newly launched Electronic Materials business. With a global footprint of 33 state-of-the-art facilities across four continents, WIN is on track to reach ₹10,000 crores in revenues by end FY 2025–26.
Today, Wipro Hydraulics’ capabilities include sixteen manufacturing facilities and four tech centers worldwide, delivering over a million custom-built cylinders annually for OEMs across construction, earthmoving, material and cargo handling, forestry, agriculture, mining, snow management, and truck tipping. Its precision-engineered solutions power critical infrastructure and industrial applications across India, Europe, the Americas including US, Canada and Brazil.

Wipro Hydraulics has strengthened its global leadership through organic and inorganic strategic investments. The acquisitions of Mailhot Industries and JARP (Canada, Mexico and the US) and Columbus Hydraulics (US) in 2024 have enhanced our expertise in high-performance and custom cylinder applications across agriculture, construction, utilities, mining, defence, snow & refuse applications. In India, start of our technologically advanced plant at Jaipur (India) in 2024 has not only expanded our capacity to meet the growing demand, but further enhanced our capability to make reliable products for domestic and international OEMs.
Innovation has remained central to Wipro Hydraulics’ growth over the last 50 years and will continue. We are investing in improving efficiency and reliability of our products with the advance next-generation designs, while AI and ML tools are deployed to improve our responsiveness so we can serve our customers better as well as in quality and productivity improvement initiatives.
At EXCON 2025, Wipro Hydraulics is showcasing a diverse range of cylinders and components, including sensor-integrated models and precision engineered products for skid steer loaders, telehandlers, mini excavators, and 3-way tippers. TipMatix, its condition-based predictive maintenance solution for truck hydraulics is also on display.
