As India’s infrastructure sector continues to grow rapidly, the demand for skilled skid steer loader operators is increasing significantly. Addressing this gap, Doosan Bobcat India has launched a comprehensive Skid Steer Loader Operator Training Program aimed at developing industry-ready talent while supporting the adoption of compact equipment across applications.
Doosan Bobcat India has introduced a structured training program using state-of-the-art skid steer loaders, enabling students to participate in an intensive two-month course. Conducted in partnership with the Industrial Training Institute, Bharathmatha Educational Trust, Annur, the program combines theoretical instruction with hands-on practical training to ensure participants gain a strong understanding of safe machine operation, maintenance, and jobsite best practices.
By equipping new operators with the right skills and knowledge, Doosan Bobcat India is not only addressing the industry’s talent shortage but also supporting the professional growth of individuals entering the workforce. This initiative also supports the expansion of new applications and increased adoption of skid steer loaders across industries, enabling customers to maximize productivity and efficiency in diverse working environments.
