To introduce KEIM Regalan, a silicate mineral paint system from KEIM, Germany across M3M’s premium developments.
The collaboration is expected to generate approximately ₹100 crores in painting works over the next 3 years for exterior facades, underscoring M3M’s confidence in KEIM Regalan as its preferred mineral façade system for luxury developments.

In a significant step towards performance-led, sustainable construction, Zydex Paints and M3M India Pvt. Ltd. have entered into a strategic partnership to introduce KEIM Regalan, a silicate mineral paint system from KEIM, Germany across M3M’s premium developments.
The collaboration brings globally proven mineral technology to one of India’s leading luxury real estate portfolios, redefining façade material selection based purely on aesthetics to one focused additionally on long-term performance, durability and asset protection. M3M Golf Hills in Sector 79, Gurugram, marks the first milestone in a broader portfolio partnership, where KEIM Regalan will be applied across the project’s entire exterior façade, with implementation scheduled to commence in July 2026.
Building on the successful selection of KEIM Regalan for M3M Golf Hills, M3M India has expanded the engagement for its adoption across marquee developments including The Cullinan, Altitude, Mansion and other premium projects. The collaboration is expected to generate approximately ₹100 crores in painting works over the next three years for exterior facades, underscoring M3M’s confidence in KEIM Regalan as its preferred mineral façade system for luxury developments.
Backed by a minimum 20-year warranty on film integrity and colour fading, KEIM Regalan delivers durable façade protection through KEIM’s globally proven silicate mineral technology. Regalan bonds chemically with surfaces to create a breathable, water-repellent façade. As a silicate mineral paint, it also offers inherent fire-resistant properties, adding another layer of safety to high-performance façades. Its non-fading mineral pigments help preserve colour brilliance and a distinctive mineral matt finish, while significantly reducing repainting and maintenance over the building lifecycle.
Commenting on the partnership, Dr. Moulik Ranka, Managing Director, Zydex Group, said, “We are honoured to partner with M3M India as it raises the benchmark for premium developments in India. At Zydex, our approach has always been rooted in mineral science, developing solutions that respond to how buildings weather, breathe and age over time. With KEIM Regalan, we are bringing that science-led thinking to luxury real estate, helping create façades that retain performance, appearance and value for decades.”
The collaboration reflects a broader shift in India’s real estate sector, where developers are increasingly prioritising materials that deliver measurable performance over the building’s lifecycle. By combining globally proven mineral technology with a minimum 20-year warranty, KEIM Regalan supports M3M’s vision of creating developments that retain their value, appearance and structural integrity for decades.

Mr. Pankaj Bansal, Promoter, M3M India, said, “Our vision has always been to create landmark developments that continue to deliver value, distinction and pride for generations. Luxury today is no longer defined only by design and location, but also by the durability, sustainability and long-term performance of every element that goes into a development. Our partnership with Zydex Paints reflects this philosophy of adopting world-class technologies that enhance both the customer experience and the lifecycle value of our projects. By introducing KEIM Regalan at M3M Golf Hills, we are taking another step towards building future-ready communities that combine global quality standards with lasting aesthetics and performance. As we continue to shape the next generation of premium developments, we remain committed to raising the benchmark for quality, innovation and sustainable urban living”.
Globally, the buildings and construction sector accounts for nearly 32% of energy consumption and 34% of CO₂ emissions, making material longevity and lifecycle performance increasingly important in sustainable construction.
Mr. Amrendra Mishra, COO, Zydex Paints, said, “As buildings become more sophisticated, paints can no longer be selected solely for colour or appearance. They should be evaluated as performance materials that protect structures, extend asset life and reduce lifecycle costs. Through our partnership with M3M, we aim to redefine expectations for premium developments by bringing together aesthetics, durability and sustainabilit
