What is your perception about aggregate demand in the country?
The demand for aggregates will continue to grow due to focus on infrastructure and development in India. India needs a lot of investments in these areas and we expect the demand of aggregates and sand to increase 2-3 percent more than cement.
Please tell us about Proman Infrastructure Services and product range?
PROMAN has a full range of crushing and screening equipment to produce high capacity and consistent quality of sand and aggregates. Our solutions include Jaw Crushers, Cones, VSIs, Screens, Wash sand plant for wet process and Air classifiers for the dry process. All these equipment are made in India by PROMAN with advanced technologies through our technical collaborations and associations with world renowned companies.
Please discuss features about your crushing solutions manufacturing sand aggregates?
PROMAN crushing systems and solutions are focused on producing the products that the customer want and the plant is designed such that the customer is able to adapt quickly to changing market demands by way of product mix. We offer a choice of automation to the customer based on the needs. Automation of individual machines for condition monitoring by way of smart box is also an option.
Can you share some examples of recent projects where your expertise in recycling, andmaterial handling has made a significant impact?
Other than aggregates, we have dedicated teams that offer solutions to industrial minerals, Mining and Bulk material handling. We have a JV with a world leader WENDT Corp in Metal recycling for offering total solution to Metal recycling in India and the neighbouring countries.
Could you discuss the importance of quality control and obtaining the right quality of finished products for your customers?
PROMAN Equipments are very flexible to adapt to the requirements of the customers and when we are able to integrate the same to build a turnkey solution, we are able produce the right product mix with the right quality to the customer.
What are your future expansion plans and projections?
PROMAN will continue to be a solution providing company in the comminution industry. We will continue to focus on making our customer the most competent producer of aggregate and sand and be ahead of their competition.
