JCB India, a leader in the earthmoving and construction equipment sector, has introduced its latest innovation, the JCB NXT 215 LC Fuel Master Tracked Excavator, at its state-of-the-art factory in Pune. This cutting-edge machine is not only set to make waves in the Indian market but will also be exported globally.

The JCB NXT 215 LC Fuel Master is designed to be 14% more fuel-efficient than its predecessor, offering significant cost savings for customers. It has been rigorously tested to handle India’s challenging working conditions, resulting in lower operating costs and greater reliability.

At the heart of its efficiency lies JCB’s Intelliflow Hydraulics technology, which optimizes hydraulic performance. The excavator also features real-time fuel consumption tracking through an onboard interface and JCB’s advanced LiveLink remote monitoring system.

With the potential to save customers approximately ₹2.90 lakh annually through improved fuel efficiency, the machine also incorporates an auto engine idle stop feature to prevent fuel wastage during prolonged idling.

During the launch, JCB India CEO Deepak Shetty highlighted the importance of innovation in the company’s operations. He stated, “This new machine has been engineered to significantly reduce fuel consumption by 14%, enhancing our customers’ profitability and delivering a better return on their investments in today’s competitive market.”

The JCB NXT 215 LC Fuel Master is not only 5% more productive but also comes equipped with a Power Boost function for challenging tasks and a quieter engine for improved operator comfort. Designed for demanding applications like Rock Breaker use, it also features LED lights for enhanced visibility on work sites.

Mr. Shetty added, “At JCB, our customers are at the core of everything we do. This machine will help them mitigate rising fuel costs while contributing to the construction of world-class infrastructure. These fuel savings also support the government’s push towards reducing fossil fuel consumption, benefiting both the economy and the environment.”
