Our range of product includes – liquid applied waterproofing, membrane waterproofing, crystalline waterproofing, injection grouting, exterior coatings, water parks & car park coatings, epoxy floorings, etc. All our products are cold applied using a brush or roller through our Authorized applicators only. In case of larger areas, spray application is also possible. We at Kangaru believe in providing the right product at the right price and the right solution for your waterproofing. We believe in giving back more to mother nature & thus always have it in our sub-conscious minds while designing products/ processes. We take utmost care during our manufacturing process, that no effluents are let out, damaging our natural resources. We are associated with Maharashtra Pollution Control Board as well as some of our acrylic based products are under approval with the Indian Green Building Council. Our decorative epoxy flooring product had recently been presented at the ‘Design Wall’ event & won the 3rd runner up for the most innovative product. We are sure of achieving more such milestones in the years to come. For us, sustainability is long-term solutions provided by our products for the betterment of the construction industry.
Challenges faced in terms of availability of skilled labor in your industry and how to overcome them.
Working with construction chemicals is a habit more than a skill. Due to the current changing situations, mobilizing rightly skilled labour on-site has become a bit challenging. Providing training to applicators before associating with them as a channel partner is
one way to ensure quality at site. Taking into account the quality and life of waterproofing systems we offer; the applicators are liable to provide a warranty for the executed scope of work. Investing the company’s emotional resources with laborers, will
definitely accelerate a lower attrition rate.
Tell us about launching new products in the near future.
Currently, our product range majorly includes acrylic & polyurethane based waterproofing chemicals, exterior coats, sealants, thermal insulation coatings, epoxy grouts & water park/ car park coatings. We have recently introduced crystalline waterproofing as well as membrane based waterproofing – HDPE , APP & SBS membranes to our product list. We are happy to announce our new venture into injection grouting waterproofing systems. Determining a corresponding customer segment is one of the most important initial decisions that any business has to make. India is currently developing at a rate of 8.8%, which reflects the democracy’s inclination towards best quality services. Thus, in my opinion; our products & quality solutions take care of our marketing. ‘Cost’ can be one parameter for comparison but not the only parameter. Spending power in India is tremendous & hence we need to tap the right customers in the right manner to convince them on our expertise.
Which sectors are major demand drivers for CC & Waterproofing chemicals in India.
The India Growth story is well accepted globally. The Indian infrastructure is booming and many government projects have been launched. We see a big growth of CC & Waterproofing chemicals in the infrastructure sector. To cater to this growth, we
